Report an inaccurate fact
Every card page shows its verification date and a link to the official source used. If a characteristic looks wrong, first compare it with the terms in force on the issuer’s site: those terms always prevail. When a contact address is published above, you can send us the page concerned and the source that contradicts the fact shown.
Offer alerts
Welcome-offer alerts are e-mails sent only after you confirm your address (double opt-in). Every e-mail contains an immediate unsubscribe link; no written request is needed. You can also manage your alerts from the Alerts page.
Card applications
Carte IQ processes no card application and has no access to any file held by issuers. For an application in progress, a refusal, a balance or an account question, contact the card issuer directly.
